Get to Know Me

Working together, You move forward & make next level changes!

I am an island girl with an interesting story and an incredible journey that created the building blocks for a successful coaching practice and life filled with happiness and joy. So what does that all really mean? I grew up in the beautiful island nation of Jamaica and moved to the UK as a teenager. However, before going to university and settling in the UK , I volunteered in Honduras for a year with the amazing educational charity, Project Trust.

Along my journey I have come to realise that my values include, community, freedom and uniqueness. For me, community includes family, friends and likeminded individuals who strive to make this world a better place for all of us. Freedom, the freedom to work from anywhere in the world, the freedom to choose those who I have the privilege of working with. Uniqueness, providing a service or platform that is unique to me and how I do things.

Unlike many coaches and trainers, I haven't specialised, I enjoy working with a range of clients with a variety of challenges and goals. I've had the privilege to work within the educational sector, with entrepreneurs, managers, c-suite and aspiring leaders. They come from a range of backgrounds and groups, from tech companies to private individuals. Whether working with my private or corporate clients, we focus on the present and putting the steps in place to ensure continued success towards their goals.

So what makes me qualified? I am a professionally accredited master coach with the IAPC&M, I have spent many hours working with incredible clients, outside of that I have had incredible learning and life experiences which include my Bsc in Geography & Geology at Kingston University, my Diploma in Education at the Mico University, my Msc in Education for Sustainability at London South Bank University, my Diploma in Life Coaching with Achievement Specialists and my ongoing learnings including my project management and sports management diplomas and my sport psychology coaching accreditation. Learning and development are key to always moving forward and this is an ethos that carries through to my coaching and training to ensure that my clients are always receiving the best service.

As well as coaching and training, I have a passion for sport, travelling and volunteering. I had the privilege of being the President of the ICHS Alumnae Association and the Vice-Chairman for the Jamaica Rugby Football Union, when I was awarded the World Rugby Women in Executive Leadership Scholarship while living in Jamaica and in the UK I have served as community councillor and more recently school board member.

For the past few years I have been living and working in a few countries, I moved back to Jamaica after 22 years in the UK in the summer of 2014 and returned to the UK in 2020 and in 2021, I moved to Ireland to work for World Rugby for 18 months as a Women in Rugby Programme Manger, having previously been the recipient of their Women in Executive Leadership Scholarship.  Everything I have experienced has lead me to where I am today.

I believe in living life to the full and have been blessed with the opportunity and courage to do so.  I believe in always creating a better space for us all to learn, grow and create our own path towards our goals. Having truthful conversations that allow each of us to face our fears & limitations we are able to design a personalised plan that is focused  towards producing results.

I am here to work with you or your company to achieve the desired results by providing the tools necessary to ensure success. Sometimes this includes challenging limiting beliefs, asking questions that enable you to create the framework that is need to move towards your goals and check your perspective to ensure that you get the results you really want.
